Sarah's second passion is arranging music, and she creates new arrangements frequently for her own publishing label Cellobat Charts, which are currently for sale on Sheet Music Plus. Her recordings of these can also be found on Youtube and Instagram. Playing in pit orchestras has also been one of her favorite pastimes, and she has been in the cello section for thirteen musical productions at both the school and professional levels. Sarah has also enjoyed playing chamber music for countless weddings, business parties, art gallery receptions, and community outreach programs, to name just a few. In her free time, Sarah enjoys playing with cute fluffy animals and being an associate and brand ambassador for the in-demand fashion label Kate Spade New York.
Sarah's conservatory training, combined with her multi-genre versatility, makes her an artist well-prepared for the future of music!
Sarah is also an in-demand performer and recording artist for a multitude of other bands and projects. She has performed several times on Univision for the Latin Grammy Awards, backing up internationally popular artists including Ricky Martin, Laura Pausini, and Reik. In 2014, she was a featured backup musician for legendary rock band Mötley Crüe at the iHeartRadio Music Festival, held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena and broadcast on Yahoo Live Streaming to millions of people worldwide. Sarah can also be seen frequently with David Perrico's Pop Strings Orchestra, a large 14-piece ensemble of highly renowned Vegas-area musicians whose repertoire includes rock and pop hits from the 80s through present day Top 40 in a nonstop dance band setting. The Pop Strings Orchestra currently performs three nights a week for packed and enthusiastic crowds at Caesar's Palace. As a main feature of the show, Sarah performs standing-cello improvised rock and blues solos unlike anything most audience members have seen before. Other ongoing projects include the Zen String Girls, a unique singing-and-playing string trio of which Sarah was a founding member.
For over a year, Sarah was a regular in Vegas headliner Frankie Moreno's band during their residency at the Stratosphere Hotel and Casino; she also performed with him as the house band of the 2013 Hero Dog Awards, broadcast nationwide on the Hallmark Channel. Late at night, Sarah can often be found as a guest artist with the local scene's favorite metal cover band, Tinnitus, a side project of world-renowned musicians from the Las Vegas Blue Man Group band. On occasion, Sarah also makes an appearance in Los Angeles with The Violution, a classical/rock fusion project founded by virtuoso violinist Jennifer Lynn.
As a recording artist, Sarah has contributed to a number of different projects. A notable recent favorite was the soundtrack for the indie film Popovich and the Voice of the Fabled American West, produced by rising star local filmmakers Mike and Jerry Thompson, a critical favorite and audience choice award winner at a myriad of film festivals. Sarah can also be found on several studio albums, including symphonic black metal band Abigail Williams' third studio album "Becoming"; Phat Strad's fourth studio album "Bittersweet"; EPs for Cleveland based steampunk/goth rock bands Queue Up and Vanity Crash; and Cleveland metal band Deadiron's debut album "Out of the Rust and Ruin."
